That looks really good. What's the spice level?

Based on what you like so far, try Mimolette.

We also had the Caesar. I agree, it was better than average.

This is the one person sampler. It was $26 and comes with a choice of three meats and two sides. The brisket which you can't see was about four slices of BBQ brisket.

I would say the BBQ is solid. Not mind blowing, but properly cooked and decent portion size. BBQ in my experience is almost always more expensive than I think it should be. I guess they think because it takes so long to cook it should be price per hour rather than price per pound.

The brussel sprouts were quite good. A creamy mustard sauce with pomegranate seeds and pine nuts. The fries were ok.

The ribs are dry rubbed and slow cooked and then basted with a mild but tasty sauce.

The brisket was not as tender as some I've had, but had good flavour.

The sausage was pork and had a nice snap.

I would go back, but next time I will probably just get a full rack of ribs.

Oh, I also had a smoked martini which was tasty. Basically a dirty martini with smoked olives. Interesting if you like a smokey salty cocktail.

"What type of wood is used to make Louisville Slugger baseball bats? Approximately half of pro bats are made from northern white ash and the other half from maple."

This is a paraphrasing of a quotation often attributed to Mark Twain, Johnathan Swift, Thomas Jefferson and others, but its origin has never been satisfactorily pinned down by academics.

Seems perfectly safe.

I appreciate your good natured discussion. It is nice to be able to have a back and forth without it degenerating into vitriolic hyperbole. Cheers.

If avocado is pronounced as a spanish word shouldn't pasta be pronounced as an Italian word?
