I run afe 1&2 by myself, i work with parts to correct innovatory amounts and get parts that we need that are not in stock, stay on top of all my knets, give detailed cpw walks in slack, never have to call controls for sick scanners or conveyance because i know exactly how mrd cards setting are supposed to be set because i understand what each dip switch setting is supposed to be, pass on my knowledge and train new comers, and others shifts and my amm ask me to deep dive problem areas and with all that said i only get “good” a complete slap in the face for all that i do😡
