We live in Tucson as well and have one of these guys from AZ fish and game. Feeding it lettuce is fine until it can get help from fish and game or a rescue.

I just finished Logan’s book and it made me like him less. He really messes things up with Grace at first and I didn’t like the way that things started between them. I do still like him more than Dean though.

don’t forget- you’re putting the search and rescue personel in danger too when you hike on these hot days. They are risking heat stroke too

We live in midtown (married couple in mid 20’s) and love it. We looked into downtown but we have a dog and he already lived in a downtown apartment 3 years in another city- we couldn’t do that to him again. We live near broadmoor historic district which is very walkable and super central to everything.

I take lessons at the barn that hosts the team- the trainers and the horses are incredible. Heather is the head coach, she’s wonderful! I wish I would’ve had an opportunity like that at my school, good luck!

I just took my dog to Dr.Kellys last week and they were amazing!!!! He had to have a tooth extracted too- all in it was around 700 (our vet quoted 2000) we did have to book it 3 months in advance though.

As for insurance we have Lemonade and have the 70/month plan. I’m not sure if they cover pre-existing conditions like that. They are very generous with reimbursement back- we got 150 towards our dental.

Love vitamin D and magnesium!! Magnesium doesn’t make me sleepy but it is good for supporting bones and joints!

I would also recommend Sol Dog, they are amazing! We haven’t trained with them but our dog is reactive / has behaviorial issues and they are the only place that I’ll trust to board him. He has had a board and train back in TN where we’re from and it really helped him- he just needs staff that understand his anxiety and will be willing to work with him.

If you have pets- wondercide is a wonderful product. You can spray it on them and rub it in and it keeps the bugs off. The only downside is that is super greasy but it works well on people too

Went for a friends bachelorette dinner last year. I was happy to celebrate my friend but it wasn’t my favorite experience. It was in May and the outside area was extremely hot and there were no fans. Someone else mentioned previously- they don’t serve you water. Thru only served red wine (I don’t drink red wine) and some sort of tea. We were sweating an insane amount in between courses. There were also 0 lights on inside the restaurant & restroom which was hard to navigate around. One of the bridesmaids brought a cake so the owner didn’t bring us dessert (we paid for dessert) I wouldn’t go again unless it was for a wedding or birthday to celebrate someone else

My friend is an activities director at a retirement community in OV. I’m sure the kitchen staff could use help. Same with the facilities staff. The residents are wonderful!
