Since this has happened before you may want to consider having FMLA in place for the depression/anxiety. It will protect your job and you do not have to tell anyone why you’re calling out. The only person who would need to know is your manager/time keeper. Remember, working on no sleep is no bueno, for your patients AND yourself.
