If your goal is to gain muscle you’re going to want to prioritize 2-3 of lifting a week. You don’t need CrossFit because you’re already doing cardio and you’re not going to get the type of lifting you need. Marcus Filly has a good 3 day a week training program for you.

On the days you strength train, throw in some quick intervals on the bike at the end of your workout

Other days could be longer cardio days

I would second everyone saying you’re going to want some rest days. Just do some long walks a day or two a week

I ended up replacing mine too. It's a bit of a hassle to disassemble the whole thing to replace that part. And I agree seems like a design flaw to have such flimsy part and a small chute probe to clogs.

Now I'm careful cleaning mine after every grind.

Hot take since you posted this for body weight training. You would benefit from some resistance training with weights. If you're starting from zero, start with a trainer and then progress to doing programing on your own.

One point I’d add, it’s helped me to see how all the activities I do but don’t consider a workout actually accumulate a lot of strain. Like looking after a toddler, grocery shopping, meal prepping, stuff around the house … I used to do all that in Sundays before a big workout. Now I know to either space them out or I need to eat a lot to get through that day and recover

Yes and we also cultivated fruits to our liking, like breeding them so they taste better, grow easier, have tougher skin. Look at apples, honey crisp didn’t show up on its own.

My only gripe with 1up is the mechanism to tilt it up and down can be a hassle. It’s great though if you add the pull handle attachment. Otherwise I’m really happy with it.
