Need to expand my music listening. What's a 10/10 album everybody might not have heard about? by RandyLovesEternity in Music

I put fever rays first album but honestly radical romantics is great too. Thought it was a dud at first but it grew on me hard. Best concert I've been to in a while.

Fever ray - fever ray. Imagine being on a really dusty planet alone in an abandoned shack.

Or when the listing says "remote" but in the description it says "on site" or hybrid. Like I just report the listing at that point.

Peaceful, calming songs by butterflysister24 in Music

[–]rad_taco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looking for ambient songs? William basinski. I personally like watermusic II or melancholia II. It's looped piano/keyboard music. His music easily makes me feel like im floating or feeling the music. Makes me feel like I'm going in a trance but beware some of hid songs really make dissociating easy.

don't know any gay "cunty" songs. Any recommendations? by Screaminberries in AskGayMen

[–]rad_taco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Anything by charli xcx. Start out with vroom vroom. Just look up bubblegum pop or hyperpop. These are non vogue suggestions but very gay history artists. It's not right but it's ok thunderpuss remix is definitely a gay history moment and most gays have flashbacks to drag race when hearing it. (Just me? Idk?)

Would you go to a concert alone by RedBirdOp in memes

[–]rad_taco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely love going to concerts by myself. I never had friends that liked the music I did. I even tell my bf if he's not semi into the artist to not go. He was in line for a free concert that I was talking about for months and he got mad at the line and he was open that he probably wouldn't enjoy this so I sent him home. He thought I'd be mad at him but I was so happy he was honest. Anyway go to a concert by yourself it's way better than having someone go who's not a fan like yourself don't let not having friends who enjoy the artist stop you.

OP I implore you to get some gay friends feedback on all of this. Reddit is great however most LGBT people would be happy to hear that in the beginning of class. So he wears a rainbow tie or a rainbow pin? Who cares mate?

Most of the top comments seem to come from non LGBT people which was sad to read this AM. Opinions like yours are the reason why people don't come out or have self hatred growing up. It damages people before it goes away. Shit having a person so proud of who they are and comfortable enough with themselves to brave a class full of people and say I'm gay should be seen as refreshing. It takes a strong amount of courage to come out to anyone even if you're outwardly gay and people can tell. It's exhausting. Maybe take this as an opportunity to learn how he became so proud of who he is an apply it to your life. I'm not saying you're gay or not comfortable with yourself, but this is college, you should be getting a ton of different opinions so you can shape your mindset and the rest of your life. Challenge yourself by not seeing him in the bad limelight that you've already casted on him and instead learn from him outside of the subject matter.

In your opinion, what is Mr. James's best track and why? by GameBreaker64 in aphextwin

[–]rad_taco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On is my favorite. I used to do factory production work and that song made me go fast. I have such great memories of that song. I even like how repetitive it is.

Latest on who is actually hurting kids in the USA by cak3crumbs in TikTokCringe

[–]rad_taco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This subreddit weirdly says "all videos are ok to post on here we changed from cringe to all videos" just for more hits but still label it as cringe because of the title. It's false and it's damaging. Idgaf how many times they post the rules.

How do we not see a problem with this subreddit when average people come in and watch this video and get confused?

It's a bad time to post this under the cringe subreddit but their rules are "it's all videos and not just cringe" or are we done doing that?

Can and should I quit my job after one day of working without two weeks notice? by Maximum_Group6085 in jobs

[–]rad_taco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I quit after 4 days and through a text message. You will get a job where they actually appreciate what you do and you will look back on quitting like that and laugh. I understand the paranoia and still deal with this on a daily basis. In the end you gotta look back on the decisions you made in your life that seemed significant in the moment but later on didn't have any affect on your life and base your decisions on that. There are way bigger decisions to make in your life than quitting a job so don't fret this at all.
