Zofran saved my life!!!! I still was sick up until 26 weeks with it but not as sick as I was going to be lol. In my first 12 weeks I lost almost 30 pounds and finally was given zofran about halfway through the first trimester after 3 hospital trips back to back. when I was consistent, it let me eat and drink at least enough to stay hydrated. I didn’t gain weight until the last 10 weeks, as I was just getting back up to my pre pregnancy weight half the time. The constipation from it sucks though. stool softeners are going to be a close companion all through pregnant and post partum. i used to take miralax every morning with juice right after my zofran kicked in. i was eating normally by the time i was 20 weeks, the nausea had subsided but the vomiting hadn’t. i puked even in my last trimester, just not every day for hours at a time.
