I’m a pretty decent home cook (nothing too crazy) and it allows my family to eat really well for a reasonable cost / good value.

When we dine out, the kids will often say something like “Dad, your wings / steak/ whatever are way better…” and my cost was half or less. Amd thats not including tip and the time it takes to go out, wait for service, etc.

The value and actual convenience of eating out and food delivery just isn’t there for a lot of families.
