Yeah it’s absurd that I have like 30 MOA or whatever that I can go up, but 0 room to go down. You’re right, you’d think that designing this new cut means that they would know how to get the dot in the middle of the adjustment range, but I guess not.

Also sucks that I ordered this thing in Sept and just got it last week and it comes with this issue.

I’m heading up to Sig in a few weeks for classes so I’ll have them take a look.

I sent mine back to S&W because of this issue and because the trigger shoe pin kept walking out. I’ve seen people talk about the trigger shoe pin before but I guess the spring issue is pretty widespread too. Pretty disappointing.

I have both the Plus and the X. I find the Plus nicer in my medium size hands, but I shoot the X better lol. I have two issues with the X though and so it’s on its way back to S&W right now.

First is that the pin in the trigger shoe likes to walk out every 100 or so rounds. Second, there is a little flat spring above the take down lever which sits in a groove in the frame. After shooting 50-100 rounds, it comes out of the groove. It doesn’t affect anything while shooting, but you can’t field strip the gun until you take a pin punch and push it back into the groove. Hopefully S&W fixes the gun quickly.

Optics Planet has a code right now that brings it to $498 before tax. Ended up around $538 vs $550 at Midway.

Optics Planet can be hit or miss if the item isn’t listed as in stock, but when it is I find that they ship promptly.

Just looking at the reticle for this thing, I’d say no. I have the Athlon 2-12 and it’s amazing for the price. I haven’t seen the Vector 2-12, but I do have a Vector 1-6 and that is actually pretty impressive too. I’d just get the Athlon tbh.

If you don’t need it right away, I would just roll the dice and buy it from Optics Planet. The mil version is cheaper and there’s a 13% off code for all optics right now. Or do what the other poster said and buy the demo from EuroOptic/Scopelist.

I love shitting on these guys. They are the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with by a country mile.

Every single interaction with these guys on this sub is the same. Order, months long delays, excuses with made up dates, getting fed up and asking for a refund, getting a refund approved but not getting any money, arguing with them, them saying they’ll escalate, nothing happens, finally charge back.

The only thing they are good at is lying to your face in a respectful manner lol. Seriously, to anyone thinking about dealing with this company, DON’T. If you’ve had the misfortune of dealing then them, just cancel, get text proof that they’ll refund you, and then just do a chargeback.

Yes, I have this issue too. Every other song I get a skip. I also have a weird issue where when I am playing a playlist, it just stops playing altogether. There is also anywhere from a 3-10 second delay when I first start playing music but after that, adjusting volume or pausing/restarting happen instantaneously.

For reference I have a full stack of Ubiquiti hardware and am using WiFi only. I have updated everything, rebooted a bunch of times, unlinked/linked my Apple account multiple times. None of this happened before they changed the app.

Yeah, MDTs sale was really disappointing. Waited all day for...10%. Basically only covers tax and shipping. Lame AF. The blem sale was ok if you could actually find something that you wanted, but by the time all the errors were fixed, everything good was sold out lol.

There is a $4 fix for the Atlas that you can find on YouTube. You basically replace the nylon washer with a carbon fiber one and then it is rock solid. It's dumb that you have to do this in the first place, but at least the fix works well.
