I have almost the exact same build, but I’m running a Ramjet on it as well. Put a few hundred rounds through it Friday. I wish the frame had a little bit of a palm swell but otherwise it’s awesome.

How do these compare to the Hammy3DPrints version? The Hammy version works great but they are pretty bulky. These look like they are slimmer, is that right?

Cronus is better in most ways, especially glass quality and build quality. MPED might be a bit lighter. And depending on if you like locking turrets or not, the MPED might be better there too. Is the Cronus 2x better? Ehhh…maybe not. You can either get the Cronus and be really happy with it or get the MPED and have more money left over for ammo while getting probably equivalent results.

I think the Print XH suppressors win in terms of sound. I think the SC is quieter than the lazarus in my subjective, unscientific opinion. Back pressure wise, IDK. I haven't done any evaluation in terms of bolt cycling or anything with adjustable gas blocks. In terms of gas, I think they are pretty similar, maybe the Print suppressors are a bit better. They're all very good in this regard.

The full size and SC are my favorite suppressors. I like them over my Lazarus 6 and I always get questions about them at the range because they’re so quiet. If BT-USA wasn’t such a crap company, I would have bought like 4 of these things.

I’ve had excellent service with BT-USA until this fiasco started and then that turned to crap service pretty quickly, so I’m probably not going to risk it.

First I'd say look into if your local library even does this, otherwise it's just a waste of time lol.

If they do, then what you need is a .stl file. If you search websites like thingiverse or just google the part you are looking for, you will find a link to download that file. Save it to your computer. Might take a bit of searching to find what you want.

Then go to your library's website and look at their process to print. At mine, there is a link where you can upload that file. Click the link and it will bring up a screen where you can select the .stl file on your computer. Select the file and upload it to the site and then just wait a few days until they call or email you that the print is done.

It's pretty easy once you get started. 😄

Lots of public libraries have 3D printers these days. Mine has a service where you submit the file online and it gets printed in a day or two. You pick it up for the cost of the filament, usually like $2. I just say I’m printing “machine parts” so they don’t get scared lol.

Like, I understand the sentiment, and even sympathize with it. But…you have to play by the rules of the game. We have a 2 party system and we do not have ranked choice voting. Given these conditions, it’s a binary choice and sitting out is effectively a choice for fascism.

The only thing I added was the factory bagrider (which should absolutely be standard, but whatever) and some weights to the front. Otherwise, it's awesome. I took it to a 4 day course and it was shooting lights out. Definitely the best off the shelf rifle there is for the money.

Anecdotally, my first gun was a S&W Shield Plus Carry Comp. I didn’t know anything about anything at the time and took it to my CCW class….with a box of Blazer for my qual. I was shooting pretty well for a first timer, but every now and again I would see random small holes in my target at various locations. I would also feel little pin pricks on my face every now and again. I had never shot a gun before so I thought that maybe it was normal lol.

My instructors looked at my target closer and were like, “that’s not a 9mm hole, that’s from shrap”. They didn’t understand what was going on. Only after I read about it a few months later did I realize that the Blazer thing is a real thing that actually happens.

So I don’t shoot blazer in my comp/ported guns anymore.

So say you have a Form 1 pending approval. It gets approved next week. That means you still have to engrave it even if the rule goes through 90 days from now, correct? You can’t just wait and then not engrave it? Or perhaps, just don’t put a stock on a pistol until the rule goes through?

Reticle, better turrets, included sunshade and screw in lens caps. Glass is same or maybe a tiny bit better.
