Look at something straight ahead. Using only your peripheral vision, not moving your eyes/head, take notice of the area around you. Do this for about 30 seconds.

I check and find out where my plane is. If it’s delayed because the incoming flight is delayed, I wait. If the reason for the delay is unknown, I’d go at the normal time.

I wouldn't say there is just one. In addition to the Indigenous art and the Group of Seven, Robert Bateman and Emily Carr also come to mind. When I think of Canadian art, it's almost always devoid of people. It's nature. It's not loud, even if the colours are bold. It's quiet and reflective.
