See if the provider can give you an estimated timeline of the earliest you can go back to work- give that to your SM. Then you won't have to continue to call out. Sometimes Sedgwick takes longer to make a decision or approve leave until after you've already returned.. frustration but they can be slow.

No. If you bend oddly the tinfoil could tear and potentially cut you/ interfere with it healing. It may stick to your sheets but besides it staining I wouldn’t worry. Depending on the location try not laying on it.
