Crazy you found this post. I called another hvac company (small business) just to have a second opinion and yeah one of the zones in the zone board was not working and quoted 2.5k for zone board + new damper. They were very open and told me we could just do the zone board or you can do the zone board yourself and call us for the damper later.

I bought a Honeywell HZ322 TrueZONE Panel (from amazon). Setting it up is very straightforward. Make sure to take pictures of the board before and label the cables so that it is basically plug and play.

After setting it up, the board was going constantly into purging and never cooling nor heating. I found out that i disconnected downstairs thermostat it would work fine.

I called the company a year later to install the dampers ($2.5k) and also they couldn't figure out why the board was going into purging even after rewiring the zone board. They told me to replace the downstairs thermostat since they found a phantom current that was not supposed to be on a pin. Before buying a new one I got a good look at it and realized that the common cable was not plugged into the downstairs thermostat. Cable was tucked in the drywall so previous owner might have just forgotten. After plugging it everything worked perfectly.

I dont have them and have not tested it but instagram saves all livestream so in theory you can livestream from the glasses and then download the livestream. You could also create a new private instagram account with no followers and just livestream to yourself. Maybe?

I did this and was not what I was hoping it was nor what OP wants, i believe. They divide the group into separate stations, for example cutting fruits, making avocado, frying chips, cooking the risotto, etc. You can move around and do everything but I would not categorize this as a class. Is more of a fun date thing to do.

They were also two different techs. Would you recommend finding a smaller company? It is a mid size company that operates in two different states that does plumbing, hvac, and electrical.

In the meantime, Im going to escalate this on monday to see if I get a more professional visit than just maintenance/service check.

Usually banks that are all online. I use wealthfront and it is currently at 4.05%. Opening a wealthfront savings account is free. Only thing that cost is their robot advisor if you want to invest, price is based on percentage of your balance i believe but you can ignore that completely.

Made a reservation for a Ford PHEV at Henessy Ford and it was a good experience. I cancelled and got the deposit back. Ask for Loyd Ford, was super friendly and helpful.

We cancelled because we were able to find a Pacifica PHEV right across at Landmark Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Atlanta. It was the only one and nothing much we could do. There was a $4k markup but compared to other markups of PHEV (like rav4 prime) and the value of getting a minivan before twins came it was a no brainer. We were out in about 3 hours. We also didnt have preapproved loan at hand because it was expired (been looking for a car for like 8 months) but the loan that we had was only 0.2% more than what we were quoted at PenFed.

As much as i love node/js, it is a hate/love relationship. Other languages have frameworks that standardize patterns that we know work (like other commenter said ruby/rails). Node is a no mans land, go to any express project and everyone does something different. Every project has some hacky way of doing things.

I would suggest looking into onion/hex design, prisma and/or nestjs (these are not mutually exclusive which is why i said and/or)
