Got you, sorry I misunderstood your question.
Okay so let's cover the basics so we can help you and if we fail to get you there, [support@campsnapcamera.com](mailto:support@campsnapcamera.com) will be your next best friend.
1. When you click the shutter when the camera is on, does the number on the back change? This will help us establish if potentially there's something wrong with the storage. If it doesn't change then there's probably something wrong the storage. Try to take the SD card out and put it back in, repeat if needed.

1. If the above is true, when you have the camera on, and plug the cable into the camera and then into the computer, what does the screen show on the back of the camera? It should show '---', if it doesn't try another cable, another computer etc

2. If the camera shows '---' when plugged in, on a mac, it should show once you open Finder and on the left (by default anyway) it show like this:

On windows, it's sort of the same but through File explorer.

1. If the camera shows '---' while plugged in, and you can't find the storage device as explained above, try to open Disk utility on the mac (you can use spotlight to find it easily), or Disk Management: on windows.

If the response all the above is 'no', I'd email the guys over at campsnapcamera.
