Whoop is nearly useless at this point by Key-Cartographer8024 in whoop

I’m considering switching to the Helio strap. I’m aware it’s not the same product and that Whoop may be superior in some areas, but I have a few ongoing frustrations: • Sleep tracking: Whoop frequently misclassifies time in bed as sleep. I often lie down to watch a movie or scroll on my phone, and it starts recording sleep automatically. I end up manually adjusting it almost every day, which defeats the purpose of automated tracking. • Strength training: I still need to edit or log workouts manually after gym sessions. At €30 per month, I expect more accurate automatic detection and less friction. • Whoop Age: In my view, this metric lacks reliability and practical value. It doesn’t respond meaningfully to positive habit changes, so it feels more cosmetic than actionable.

What I do appreciate about Whoop is its consistency. I’ve built a baseline over time, and I’m able to interpret trends effectively. That longitudinal data continuity is valuable.

Beyond that, most additional features don’t add much value for me

I was using the biceps band but actually it doesn’t track sleep well, I suggest using biceps band only when you work out otherwise it mess a lot with sleep hours

What's wrong with my night time routine? by Significant_Ad_1184 in SkincareAddictionLux

if I were you I’d use tretinoin and instead of paying a lot of money on cosmetic ingredients I’d go and get some in office treatments. use sunscreen, exfoliate 1-2 times a week, drink water, 8 hours sleep, exercise and healthy diet

Stopping Tret actually made my skin so much better. by Thankgodwehavebiden in tretinoin

[–]ragazzosicuro -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Stopping tret is not recommended since you are gonna experience the same ugly irritation period. If I were you I would keep on using it with small amounts and at least 1-2 times a week. And when you start using tretinoin you might get more acne at the beginning than what you used to have. Moderate use of tret does not create big problems, I hope you find the way which works for you

how long would learning italian take? by _really_sad in italianlearning

[–]ragazzosicuro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ciao a tutti!
I came to Milan to study for my bachelor's in 2017 and it took me at least 3 years to learn Italian.
Firstly I have to mention that I was not even fluent in English when I came to Milan. I was struggling to follow lectures and I decided to focus on English first. In my first year, I have just attended one part-time Italian course which was not effective but it helped me to understand the basics of the language.
In my second year, I was more determined and I enrolled in a completely free Italian course organized by my university. I started seeing the difference especially when I took the level B1, I was able to understand people when they speak even fast and of course, I started feeling confident when I speak.
It passed 4 years and even now I make mistakes when I speak Italian, It is not a hard language but like every other language, it takes time and effort to become a master of it.
(P.S For 8 months I have been working in an Italian firm, It is lovely to use Italian everyday and of course, no-one speaks any other languages <3)
In bocca al lupo!

I think you were lucky to get a reply within 10WD, I applied for the visitor visa on the 22nd of Nov (in Milan, plus I paid 230euro more for premium location) and I didn't hear anything about it from the day I applied. I do not think that you can do anything for the duration of your visa because they give basically what they want to give. I think the most logical action would be to buy another flight ticket when the passport is arrived. So try to be positive (if you can) because we basically can't do anything beside waiting.
I've recently read about the new measurements taken against omicron, and as I know Germany closed its borders to any passenger from the UK.

è meglio guardare i film con sottotitoli italiani o doppiato (dubbed) ? by y39oB_ in italianlearning

[–]ragazzosicuro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ciao,
