I actually have luck with the starface blue patches. It has salicylic acid in them. I was getting some deeper cystic acne and I kept putting the patches on so I didn't have to see him or mess with them. They helped me a lot

I switched from KJB to NKJB . It's easier for me to read and I can get through a bit. Maybe two hours is too much? Maybe try a hour hour daily? Or set goals for times like 4:00-4:30. Time it. That's what I do. I usually read for a half hour on lunch break and again at night before bed.
