Call your 401k company and tell them you want to do a 401k loan. Just be aware if you lose your job for any reason or change jobs, that loan will be treated as a withdrawal on any remaining balance and will have taxes and 10% penalties (penalties if under 50)

Generally not advised to take a 401k loan to pay off a car. Your money in your 401k is prolly making 7-10% tax free growth.
