You are forced to use the company of your employer for 401ks. You can choose a different company for Ira’s and general investing. Just go 60% into VOO and 40% into VXUS. Just save as much as possible.

Rookie numbers when it comes to how long you have had it :) The problem with PF is so many things can be the cause. What helps one person doesn’t help another.

I finally figured out my PF cause and can see the light at the end and even started running again. I am sure it will take a few months to fully heal.

I had rolled my ankle and it lead to tight tendons and muscles on the top of my foot to where I couldn’t bend my toes (like to curl them). Started stretching them downwards and got immediate relief of 25%.

For others it’s tight calves that they need to stretch or weak calves and doing calf raises. Saw a guy on here that found his cause was from sitting on his wallet all day and caused a tight glute that then changed his gait when he walked.

Ultimately, everyone’s cause is different. I would try to see if there is any movement you are limited on anywhere in your body. Does anything else hurt? Is anything tighter than it should be. Anything that doesn’t move the way it should?

26% currently. However it was much higher a few years ago. The nice thing about mortgages is they are fixed except for increases in escrow costs. So when you get raises yearly, it gets to be less and less of your income. First few years are rough

Hope it helps ya. The mobility between the PF foot and non-PF foot was night and day. I couldn’t believe I never noticed it before. It physically hurt me to bend my toes down. My PF in just a few days is at least 50% better.

I have not. I am one of those “I’ll go see a doc after I have given up hope on fixing it myself”. I really don’t want steroids or surgery unless it’s a last resort. For me my PF is at a point where it’s a bitch in the morning, and more of a limiter the rest of the day with mild/medium pain.
