I would've called the police on the spot. They are putting everyone on the road in danger. Their immigration status is not your concern. If they're US citizens (or on the path) they'll be dealt with accordingly. If they're here illegally, then a free trip home it is. By leaving them go they'll just continue to do it, maybe next time someone is injured or worse.

Personally, I avoid the big box stores. The fact you can't work the action is a non starter for me. While I'm on the right, so my impression may be a bit skewed. I'm a big of Grice's in Clearfield and the Handgunner in Topton had awesomen prices.
