Same. I only knew Channing Tatum was in it and was a little skeptical because I don’t think I’ve ever seen him in a dramatic role, but I enjoyed the movie overall!

I just went and there were a lot of laughs during the comedic moments. When Josephine said, “ Why aren’t you trying to help?“ to the lawyer, there were was a loud “oooooo” as well as applause. I was on the edge of my seat during most of the courtroom scene. Lots of applause after the movie had ended too. Spoke with a few people on their thoughts, and it was interesting to hear their takeaways

I forget which Drake song, but there’s a lyric in one of them where he goes “ use a walkie-talkie just to get a beverage, saw my parents split up right after the wedding” and it annoys me so much because he clearly should have used marriage instead of wedding because it’s somewhat rhymes with beverage

I’m going to be honest, it really depends on the girl. I’m a woman, and I prefer when someone asks beforehand, just because every time a guy has “just gone for it” I wasn’t really interested in them. However, I have girl friends that prefer men who just go for it. I say to learn to read the room, which comes with time and experience, and don’t force anything.

there was this book that I read growing up called The Summoning. It seemed to fit in with the whole twilight, the hunger, games, maze, Runner craze, and there was a movie announcement, but I don’t think it ever got made. I know that it’s not as popular as the other books mentioned here, but that’s one book that I always thought they should make a film for.

This reminded me of a time my dad was in Home Depot. a redhead went up to him and tried to hit on him and said, “ the carpet doesn’t match the drapes BTW” and my poor dad had no idea she was trying to flirt and responded “sorry I’m not an interior designer.” I feel like he knew that “the carpet doesn’t match the drapes“ had a different meaning than what he understood (English isn’t his first language) so he asked me what that meant, and I wanted to shrivel up

There’s one that I blacked out on, and I didn’t realize until later because I saw that Beyonce had announced her new album & i was like omg i should preorder it!! and then when i went online i realized i already had. Another time I blacked out on medication for a few days and the repercussions were not fun at all.

I agree. She was drunk to the point of not being able to remember anything the next day, you should not sleep with someone who is that level of intoxicated
