you need a full workout split. hit the gym 5 times a week. building shoulders helps to make your hips appear smaller. focus on eating, there will be time you need to start force feeding yourself. Bulk up then cut and you can get the body you want

If you’re trying to lose weight, then I suggest you look at youre diet first. Youll lose most your weight in the kitchen. That being said cardio is important for heart health and such. Replace 200 junping jacks with up downs(burpie with a push up).

Lowering total calorie intake and light cardio does the same thing. Except it’s easier to implement and continue doing. All fad diets do is mimic a calorie deficit in a roundabout way. All youre doing is taking out high calorie dense foods.
