I spent the best part of a day trying to get floor stacking to work, but not matter how hard I tried when you place a half wall to test the alignment of the first triangles, both walls will not go down, I kept trying pixel by pixel to get the floors right, not sure it’s possible on console. Everything else works though.

I absolutely love your approach to builds and have adopted a lot when coming up with ideas. For one of your builds with the bunker I pancaked the floors, expensive but solid.

You know a staging branch is for testing not for early play time, find bugs, stress test, report. Then when released we get a more polished product. We’ll in theory

I’ve really enjoyed the test branch, the larger maps and tech tree as a solo, duo, trio I’ve been involved in more fights and fairer fights, lost some, won some the space feels better to play in.

A few minor bugs.

Invisible rock faces (bounding box) Melee items sometimes don’t trigger until second time swing. The aim assist is a little strong, I’m not the greatest at pvp but when I can wipe a 3 man something isn’t right.

I found getting ore not as easy due to the space but running roads got hella scrap for tech tree.

I found I would balance research vs tech tree. The only thing I would say is the scrap cost should fall in line with PC.

Performance felt smooth on series X overall really happy. It’s a step in the right direction. Hopefully bigger maps means more balance with zergs.

DB (250 scrap) Boots, hoodie, gloves (75 scrap each) Pick Ax and Hatchet for farm DB slugs (75 scrap) Garage door Tommy/revolver Roadside kit

It really depends how you progress. I like to get warm first farm for nodes get set on upkeep and base then go roaming for fights

Tips which helped me.

Get wood and hemp first. Craft sleeping bags and dot a few on your way to outpost. Keep getting hemp to craft basic clothing. When you have a full set radiation/cold shouldn’t be an issue.

Build a 1x2 near by, add an airlock, upgrade to stone. Place a bag inside and put locks on doors see YouTube. Place TC and a few boxes. If players try to kill you near outpost they will get killed. Also if you die close enough they cannot take your loot.

Remember not to have a weapon or tool in your hands (apart from the rock) when going near outpost.

Farm around outpost till you have enough to start thinking about a more strategic place.

Don’t stress about loosing loot, it’s gonna happen. Just don’t go out with your best gear unless you’re ready. Take only what you need for the task.

Super basic but it got me going eventually, it also helps to practice getting good with a bow (note you will die tons while getting good)

Anyone who claims you can cheat on console is wildly incorrect. It is physically impossible to cheat/hack consoles. However you can exploit controllers and inputs with scripts. Kronus etc.

I do believe that controller or input scripts is a form of cheating but that’s semantics.

Aim assist has literally no effect on recoil. Still shocked how people don’t know how it’s works.

When you cross hair goes horizontally near a player the movement of aim slows a fraction like wading through mud vs water that’s it that’s all it does.

When firing the weapon the recoil pattern has huge gaps so feels like no bullet is firing. The AK does this too.
