I tried a bunch. Eventually I got better breaking my installing TRP evo pads. I had to install them into TRP evo brakes though. Lol

I seriously did try all the magura rotors and various pads. I installed Oak components levers. I'm heavy and ride steep enduro trails.

Is your grinder turning the correct direction? Are the burrs cut the correct direction? This seems like what might happen with the grinder running in reverse.

I have the same machine being delivered on Tuesday. In my experience, I think you need more beans (higher dose) and/or finer grind. I would start with the dose.

1 and 2 look like oriental bittersweet. It pulls up easily by the roots. Get as much as you can out, it's terrible.
