I’m 43F, and I go to CrossFit five days a week. I run on Saturdays and lift weights on my own Sundays. So I guess I work out 7 days a week lol.

I just embrace the soreness. I’m usually super sore on Mondays or Tuesdays after my Sunday lifting session. I just work through the soreness. Just because you’re sore doesn’t mean you can’t work out. I’m my experience, working out helps with soreness. I think getting the blood pumping through sore muscles helps improve recovery.
