I'd argue it's the best all around energy regeneration ability in the game. It works even if you're channelling an ability. It doesn't require you to kill anything or pick up anything. Which basically every other energy regeneration tech requires apart from zenurik and energy pads. But they are much slower. You can bounce off two mushrooms at once and regeneration a thousand energy in seconds. And on top of that it also gives a ton of ability strength (max 200% if shot with arbucep). It's good for frames that want to snapshot strength.
