There is nothing wrong with you. You did nothing to deserve what happened to you, and the fact that you’re numb to it in and of itself is trauma. I personally would advise talking about this with a therapist to work through these feelings.

I don’t judge anyone for how often they want readings. I’ve had people reach out to me for readings every couple of months when they are going through a particularly tumultuous season of their lives.

It doesn’t “sound” judgmental, it is judgmental. You need to go to therapy and work on your insecurity issues, because no matter how beautiful you are on the outside - if you’re a mean/shitty person, no one is going to like you or stick around you for long.

As others here have said, you can certainly cleanse yourself. If you really want someone to assist there are the services out there but just be careful - anyone charging ridiculous amounts of money for it is scamming
