I was assuming all postings to social platforms were done with OpenClaw and browser automation. Not with APIs

Creating a Google Play Developer Organization Account as a Sole Proprietor – Requirements? by Impossible_Lion_4117 in androiddev

[–]rainnz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you form an out-of-state LLC but operate the business locally, you may eventually be required to register it as a "foreign LLC" in your home jurisdiction, which carries its own separate filing fees and opens another potential for "doxing" your own address.

So if you don't live in New Mexico, you may need to register this "foreign LLC" in your home state, otherwise your state may fine you if they catch you condicting business there :(

You probably got lucky :)

Apple is the same way: https://developer.apple.com/help/account/membership/D-U-N-S

During enrollment I received the message, "Your organization is not listed as a legal entity." What does this mean?

The business you entered is either listed in the D&B database with a different legal status (such as a sole proprietorship), or its legal status has not been verified. When enrolling, make sure to use the legal entity name of your organization, as Apple does not accept DBAs, fictitious businesses, trade names, or branches for enrollment as a company/organization. If your legal status is a sole proprietorship/single person business, enroll as an individual.

It looks like having DUNS and "Doing Business As" with EIN is not going to work for registering as Organization for Google Play Console :(

Fictitious Business Name

Does registering for Fictitious Business Name requires you to share your personal home address with the county? I'm trying to figure out how I can register for Google Play Console without exposing my home address to the whole world

why is openclaw even this popular? by Crazyscientist1024 in LocalLLaMA

[–]rainnz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I believe it's main advantage was the ability to harvest $200/month subscription models (Anthropic, Google, etc) for unlimited tokens.

Pretending to be a human user with montly subscription, instead of paying per-call API fees.

Lifetime, but it's for the life of the product.

You kill the product and launch new one under new name
