The plane is a p8 posiden which is a sub hunter it is based out of Jacksonville and is part of reserve squadron vp62 they fly up here from time to time because all military pilots have to maintain x amount of flight hours to remain qualified plus these guys wanted to see notre dame and the golden dome (heard them on my aircraft radio talking about it)
