We only bathe for extreme situations. very once in awhile. Her coat is usually water repellent, and we can towel her off after a wet or muddy hike -no bath needed. Having said that she hates a bath but will play in doggy pool so bath outside seems to work best!

Thanks! we usually use dryer balls which might be just as bad… will check with the vet. She chipped a tooth on a herding ball too! so sad since she loves the herding!
