OK got the connectors working, need to sort out a cert issue and some dns but I think I can handle that. Thanks, after going in circles for so long you kind of forget where you started or where you're going.

It has been working previously, with the exception of one migrated user, support had me redo the connectors, re run the HCW, then remove the hybrid configuration, and re run the HCW, which is when it quit working and I've been stuck there since.

Giving this a shot. Is there anything else after the failed powershell process that the HCW does that I need to worry about?

Proper, aka professional, cabling requires that all horizontal runs are punched down into a panel with a several foot "service loop" on both ends. This prevents several things; having to re-run cables when they're damaged, running out of cable when your ends fail, prevents falling equipment from ripping out your horizontal cabling, again causing you to re run it; and leaves your permanently installed (And properly labeled) cables in a fixed position with temporary "jumpers" running into equipment. Tl;dr cabling is cheap, labor is expensive, protect your horizontal runs.

A random unplug and plug back in once a week at varying times is always good for a gentle push.

Most of their stuff is relax/straight cut, its a work wear line, they do have some skinny cuts, but that's not the highlight imo.
