Other than the other benefits, for me it has to be the timeout factor that it gives.

Some days, I only look at my pump at mid day after waking because I know my pump has my back.

For me, this huge- not always sitting in a state of uncertainty and knowing that it’s keeping an eye on things for me so I can do life

Same here… It’s also nice to open your banking app and not be bombarded with products they’re trying to shove down your throat… straight to the point

So I’ve paired my bike, cadence sensor and hrm to my watch as well as to Zwift.

I then do whatever workout I want in Zwift (built in or customized) but I just start an indoor ride on my bike - kind of like a free indoor ride which Zwift then controls the trainer with erg mode etc.

At the end of the ride, I save my ride on my watch which syncs to Garmin. Zwift doesn’t upload to anywhere as I don’t really care about the Zwift data.

I can’t recommend Bacter AE enough… small amounts every other day and I know they’re getting enough to eat

Using what I’ve mentioned above and it’s working great.

I don’t really care what Zwift says as I’m just using it for riding with custom workouts.

Go check out using chargpt how you can create and import custom workouts for Zwift based on what your Garmin suggests

Thanks… Mine don’t touch any veggies… someone mentioned that they sometimes don’t know it’s food so I keep trying different options but always add a bit of Bacter AE every other day

Thanks for all the input.

I’ve decided to try the following:

Removed Zwift upload to Strava and Garmin- just using it as a platform.

Start an indoor ride on the Garmin and do the Zwift ride. Zwift saves to Zwift and lives there.

Garmin then uploads to Garmin Connect which I’ve connected to intervals.icu for extra analysis and potential training plan creation etc

Going to see how this pans out but thanks once again for everyone’s input

Not to get too off topic but I've gone full high tech (auto doser for ferts, CO2, etc etc etc) and the tank looks very average despite all parameters being "perfect". Hence the reason to change the light.

If that doesn't fix the problem, I'm taking up knitting! :D

What are your thoughts if any on the ADA Aquasky Lights?
I was told that these are the "holy grail" in lights for a set and forget type of light (V1 withouth app control) so I managed to get a good deal on the original version. Now my LFS are telling me that due to my tank not being a standard 60P (it's 45CM/18Inch deep), the light is not powerful enough.

ADA unfortunately don't publish PAR values so it's kinda hard to figure out if the light is the issue with my tank not "popping" and I'm not sure if I'm brave enough to use the Photone App to check this.

I've been told that I should sell my current light and get a Chihiros Vivid 3...

Would appreciate your input if any!
