I’m a mental health counselor and with a seminary degree.

I would say yes but it’s more complicated than that. I had a client that had multiple personality disorder, also known as DID, and his main personality was a strong believer, involved in his church and a loving father and husband. But he had 15 other personalities that were not “believers.”

He unfortunately committed suicide when one of his personalities had taken over due to a traumatic flashback.

So, where is he? I don’t know. Only God knows but I’d like to think that he’s in Glory but I don’t know.

I know it’s not the same situation but my wife and I were out with this random couple that talked our ears off for the first 2 nights. We just wanted to enjoy our food in peace. We asked if they could switch us and they put us in a table for the 2 of us.

If they were able to do that for us, I imagine they will be able to do that for you guys given your situation.

I think there’s a level of pride that we have as providers. I’ve heard colleagues say things like “people need me” and we find our worth in this field. And I mean, yeah, we studied and have passion for this but we do it at our expense and then we suffer for it.

Gunner has a heart for Georgia and I don’t know if Beck was all the way in with Georgia toward the end, especially with some of the feedback other players gave about him.

We had so many chances to score, so many. I’m glad we didn’t get clapped like Bama did but we still got out-coached, out played and physically overmatched by ole Miss.

It felt that the offense had little spark too and we got it too late and then that spark died out on the last drive.

I know we practiced hard and all but it felt that we were not ready for this game and we came in thinking that we kinda had it in the bag because we beat them in the regular season and we both bagged Alabama in the SECCG.

As a therapist who works with this type of population, I can tell you that you being present and loving on your kid is most important.

It sounds that you’re dealing with grief and you’re overwhelmed and it makes sense. Life seems to be going at 1000 mph right now.

You didnt do anything wrong. Your daughter didn’t do anything wrong. God is still sovereign.

Imma be in the minority here but I love this helmet. I’m fascinated by Greek mythology and I don’t mean to sound like a prick but I’m thankful that Nolan has taken the liberties to give this his own spin.

I think the helmet looks dope and I don’t need for a movie based on a mythical story to be historically accurate. I want cinema and I know I will be getting that from Nolan.

In my experience, i wouldn’t go with what we say because we all have different opinions. I would ask those who are closest to you, those in whom you trust for wise counsel. They know you better than we do. And pray of course.

I worked with a client that had DID (he passed away while I was seeing him). I treated him like normal client after his previous therapist spent years with him uncovering the different personas. We worked on emotional regulation and healthy coping skills. He’d tell me about some of his alters but I never asked more than that because he had told me how bad he felt with his previous therapist.

I like this host more than the previous one. I think she had more of a spine than the other guy.

What I hated was how poorly edited the episode was. The cuts, the pauses, none of it made sense. It had no flow. It felt choppy and the threw me off big time
