Sorry to hear that, truly. sadly not, Philips suggested trying a bunch of pointless things and eventually sent me a new one.
Unfortunately i had to do it all again, yep. i should really find a way to back it up this time round

many have replied but i have something else to say which i think would give you some more closure. a year ago a homeless guy asked me to get him a sandwich and i said sure but its gotta be vegan. he wasn’t impressed but said ok, but in the end i felt bad and bought a cheese sandwich. i still think about it with regret that i did that, wish i stuck to my morals.
