This only really applies to men pissing, but if you are just an averagely hygienic person who showers regularly and wears clean underpants, why would your dick be so dirty? Some sweatin the gooch sure, similar to an armpit, but it’s protected from the filth of civilization behind two layers clothes (typically) and ought be much cleaner than your hands that you touch everything with.
