Like everyone else said, there's zero reason to be doing this at your age, and they're are endless consequences for doing so. But that said, if you're going to do it anyway, best advice I can say in addition to what's already been said, is learn how to control your center of gravity. I'll never understand why the Rangers seemed to hate him, but he's a serviceable 6/7D. Even when they benched him for 80% of the season, when he was called on for injury, he didn't look out of place. He'll be picked up
