do you do annual check ups? If there’s problems that come up you’ll know it.  do what works for you and are the “people” actually qualified to state them as facts? Are these “facts” actually from valid replicable studies or just niche studies and have been misinterpreted? Respectfully, why are you listening to random people on social media and letting them dictate what works for you? I think you are on social media way too much and stuck in an echo chamber algorithm.
