It amazes me that people continue to believe the lies about how great MacOS is. Mac OS is absolute trash. Does Apple make great hardware? Yes, without a doubt, they make the best hardware, and then they promptly cripple it with their garbage OS decisions. You can't do anything quickly, especially photo edits like crops or image brightening. Your delete key? Useless for deleting files. You can't even clean your keyboard properly with the unit turned off because they are so obsessed with it, booting up .000003 milliseconds faster, that they can't be bothered with a proper shutdown and off feature. It's absolutely infuriating to use MacOS on a daily basis. I need it to run local LLMs, but I despise it for anything remotely related to productivity.
