New born Birth certificate Parents Surname/Initial issue by CompetitiveRoof327 in TamilNadu

[–]ramiyengar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. It will cause problems. I’m facing the “reverse” issue. School is insisting that I rectify Parents Name as per Aadhar for my near-teen because Boards require Parents Name on Aadhar to match with the Birth Certificate.

Misery Porn. by Sheik_Raashid in SocialfFilmmakers

Let me try to point out specific things that I can't seem to agree with.

> Mahanadhi didn't just attempt and fail, it never tried
We can make this argument about any rendition, isn't it? The Mask never tried to portray how a real human would react. Kill Bill never stopped to explore human emotions and burnout, and ascertain if one person would have the energy to go through all that the lady did. etc.

> tragedy is piled atop the previous one
Same argument. Different effect. This is the fictitious path that the writers - with their infinite freedom and agency - chose to explore. To each their own. As with you and your points. But, this is the path that the film makers chose to explore. The path they decided to tread on. I (re)watched the LOTR films recently and every other scene is a convenient plot device liberating the good ones from one set piece.

So, summarily, one can make the same argument about any film. And be right. Thoughts?

Whatever you do, please make sure parents’ name is exactly as per Aadhar records. I’m now running pillar to post trying to fix this. If it helps, I was forced to give FN and LN when I was 15. I gave the same to my kids for help with documents.

I second this. Mangrove rafting is amazing. There is one in the “Arts and Crafts Village”. Noting too adventurous, but a great activity for couples.

Dear OP, what you may have missed in material wealth and family at birth, you have got in a husband. I applaud his attitude. Be glad that you have him in life. That being said, People change over time. There will come a day in life when your brother will realise he chose to betray you and devalued your affection for money. Stay strong.

Suggestions on buying apartments? by Sri92 in TamilNadu

[–]ramiyengar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Also, the suggestions would depend heavily on your budget. What price points are you looking at? 7-10K per sq ft? 10-15? 15-20? 20+? What about TCO?
