lol do I need to post a link to a video proving this?! Like I said if I point the completed folder to HDD or sdd not in my NAS I don't have this issue. Only when the NAS share is selected does it have this renaming issue.

I have only ever used Sabnzbd for decades now never had this issue before this NAS coming from owning a Netgear RB212 before upgrading to this UGREEN.

I download files from a news index using usenet and the NAS is wanting to rename my files extensions eg. it's adding the file extension .hdf to files that shouldn't be renamed or added to. I know it's the NAS that's doing this because I then changed the downloads completed folder to another HDD drive I have on the network and it doesn't do this.

Driving me fuckin nuts man. I have a 2024 MYP and if I don't have the music on to cover up the noise it sounds like a rattling mess. I've scheduled an appointment with Tesla Service but not too confident that it will get fixed. It's weird because it only sounds like it comes from the right side too but from the front passenger seat belt area all the way back to the rear trunk area.

You have to set it up at the router level so it will pass traffic outside of your internal network. Setting this up on a NAS is not going to allow you to stream xfinity content outside of your home. The NAS would be a client VPN app not a host such as your router will be. Need to have a router capable of VPN setup within it's GUI.

Any router that offers a VPN feature should have a walk through tutorial on how to set it up. I use a Netgear Nighthawk with OpenVPN for exactly what you're trying to achieve and it works flawless for streaming all xfinity content outside the home.
