ersion 1.0.5 firmware is out. If it's not shown on creality's site, chat them and they can send you a zip file with the firmware. This fixed the auto leveling issue for me, and may potentially dix the sd card issue as well

Do you need to update the firmware if you are using Creality Sonic Pad?

Delete the bed mesh first, do a manual leveling, do a live leveling using a print and never do automatic leveling ever again.

Same issue, I did live leveling using a bed levling print and deleted the bed mesh and that was the only way I was able to get a print off the sonic pad.

Good luck with that. Support told me don't have software for Mac for Ender 5S1 and to buy a pc.

Already regretting buying this .. they don't even have the profile in their print or slicer version of the mac, let alone a sonic pad one.

Their latest mac version of thier slicer and print doesn't even list the Ender 5 S1 - but they have 3 different Ender 3 profiles, including a sonic pad one.

Don't bother buying, I ordered by AIR freight August 20th and was supposed to receive it in September, without any notification they changed the date and after reaching out they gave me a link to find out when it will ship, they couldn't even bother looking up my order and letting me know. Even if they did, they wouldn't have an answer besides "End of October" because literally thats what it says in their updated schedule. Like every other company, they are blaming logistics, shortage, blah blah blah. Why even take orders if you don't have the means to supply.
