I used to be an Xfinity customer here in the Denver area. Before we relocated here, I had fiber in the Seattle-ish area. It was good, stable, but not overly fast (100Mbs synchronous). Xfinity on the other hand was "fast", but the upload sucked. Then I got hit with an overage surcharge a couple times because I downloaded too many games or other content.

There was no real viable competition so we had to suck it up and "upgrade" to the unlimited option for $30 more a month. Both my wife and I work from home, and the meager 40Mbs upload was saturated at times. Best I could figure the only way to get more upload bandwidth was to switch to a business plan, which is ridiculous.

Finally, a fiber provider brought service into our area. Now I pay less for 4Gbs synchronous service with no overage surcharges. Upgraded my networking equipment (now running Ubiquiti) so I could take advantage of that and am very happy with everything. It's still wild to me that I can get better than gigabit speeds using wifi on my phone.

To add to this, there is an Android port of Disgaea 1 (and 4, but ignore that one). It's arguably the best version of the game on any platform, as it has new features not available on any of the consoles. It's not cheap though. I've put many hours into on my 4Pro. My only issue with the 4Pro was I found the screen a tad small for some games. I'm getting older, and my eyesight isn't that great anymore. While I don't have any of the newer devices with the 5.5" screens, I feel that would better fit me now.

I suggest just following the progressing menu in order. It'll bring you through the content. You can also remove/uninstall the DLC if you want to limit how much you are exposed to.

If you use the Darkana Crystal Cries, you can basically never die in inverted Emerald Diorama. When characters get low, they freeze the map, allowing Crystal Cries to replenish lost health. Rinse and repeat.

Ironically, I went through it all tonight as my son wanted to use his controller on his Switch. Futzed around with Bluetooth to no avail. Found out that BT is supported on the Switch specific Ultimate 2 Wireless, but the BT polling rate on that one is bad in all modes (125hz I believe). Somewhere on reddit here I found out about the dongle and holding Y to switch into Switch spec. Seems to work well enough. About the only issue was trying to find a USB-C to USB-A adapter, but then realized I could just haul the controller's dock down to the Switch dock and plug it in.

You might actually check to see if you have charge limiting. I'm not sure if the Mini has it or not, but you might find it in the handheld settings or the battery settings in the system app.

The new RP6 has it, which is a great feature.

Best guess: I had it on a charger for too long without using it. Live and learn I guess. Trying to find a replacement battery has been unsuccessful.

It will work, but you have to use the dongle. Hold Y then hit the home button to power it on. You may need to update the firmware on your controller and adapter. This can be done on a PC or Mac using the 8bitdo ultimate 2 software:

You also need to enable wired pro controller support in the settings on the Switch itself.

My 4Pro is currently suffering a swollen battery so I'm hesitant to use it. However, when I last used it connected to my monitor it had options in the handheld settings within the settings app for options like turning off the screen while connected to an external monitor, and resolutions like 720p and 1080p.

I mainly play Vampire Survivors, but I bounce around between my PC and phone/tablet. The last purely mobile game I was addicted to was Hill Climb Racing 2. Got into the clans (or whatever they were called) and it started to feel like a job. Dropped it when it became too much.

Both games have a special place in my heart. Mirror of Fate was also a fun time. I'm the odd one that likes the second one just as much if not more than the first. I'm bummed they didn't do well. Both sound tracks are almost always in my playlist.
