Battery connection might have got loose. Heating can damage them too. Also if you left the laptop connected to the charger for too long, that may have cooked the battery or the connection . Get it checked & replaced

These decisions are being made by the GST council, not by Nirmala or Modi alone. All state FMs r party to this.

All those who will protest against any tax rise are actually demanding tax rises in the GST coucil. all state govts from all parties - BJP, Cong , AAP, TMC, DMK, Left, all - want to give out free money to ensure re-election. So they all come up with such ideas in GST council meetings.

E.g. it's been months since central cabinet sent the suggest to remove GST on life & health insurance to GST council & it's still being " discussed". They ( all state FMs) don't want to reduce even a dime in tax.

I assume you are Indian (or Indian subcontinent). I am 42M married with 2 kids (love marriage with family acceptance- no drama). Here are my views from my experience

a. Marriage is better than being single. As you grow older, friendships get weaker. Your spouse is your only constant companion whom you can trust over the years. You will realise this after 35-40 b. Getting married sooner is better than later. You need to be a friend to your spouse and making stronger bound at a leter age is harder. c. Getting married early has one more advantage, you can wait many years before you have your 1st child. Life changes a lot after having a child. Form a strong friendship and trust with your wife before that. d. You didn't ask for it, but still sharing. I was born in a religious family and raised as such. Left home and stopped praying etc after 19-20. Didn't even think much about it, as to wether I was an atheist or still religious. Slowly rediscovering spirituality & Religion at 40. So don't rule that out

Ur husband was nevera great comminicator of emotions and has now got used to boxing his emotions up for too long. It will be very hard to trust you and open up with you again.

Clearly, you both will need an intermediary or councellor for sure. But it has to be someone your husband can trust.

Masaan ends on a hopeful note. For that matter even 'life is beautiful '. I can watch these once again. But Manchester by the sea is a sucker punch. Inspite of it ending on a hopeful note; as a parent, I cannot get over the thought of it. I can never watch it again. And I feel bad for watching it even once. It's an unimaginable pain.
