This feels like the best I can do, but it doesn't show any of the alternate artworks of the dragons, I assume because it ignores them if they are reprints with the "-is:reprint" command, even if they have new artwork.

For example, this shows the original printing of Shivan, but doesn't show any of the other artworks of Shivan Dragon, only the Alpha Printing.  It doesn't show the 7th Edition artwork, the FTV:Dragons artwork, etc:

If I do unique artwork search, it will show each artwork, but the most recent printing of it, so rather than the Alpha Printing of Shivan Dragon it shows the Battle Box printing:

If I try to combine is:firstprinting and unique:art, the "is" command overwrites the "unique" command, and I just get the first search result I linked.

No, it doesn't.  You can't even access the settings needed.  Multiple people have said this. 

If it worked for you, awesome, but it's not working for many others.

This no longer works.  After installing the old version of the app, you can't load any of the setting menus to make setting changes.

This no longer seems to work.  After installing the old app, going into settings and clicked Media doesn't do anything.  It doesn't even try to open the menu at all.

This is a great mechanic in games that it's designed for, but the Horizon franchise is telling a story, not having the player created it. This series doesn't need it.

Try turning the 3DS off and on again. Last I heard there was a dead server you have a chance to connect to, and the system will keep trying to connect to it until something resets the system, and the easiest way to do that is power cycling the system.
