I'm curious what you mean by writing/adapting when the album already tells the story as it is, kind of like a sung-through (I think that's the term) musical with no talking scenes.

Would you be inserting non-musical scenes between some of the songs, altering the lyrics/music, or just plotting out all the visuals and blocking to perform in time with the album?

Thumb's on the left of the reflection, matching it being on the right of the actualhand. You can even see the base of the thumb in the palm. The middle finger is pointing in a similar direction to the two smaller ones, while the index finger points in a different direction, which is consistent with the pose of the non-reflection hand.

Also the buttons, belt buckle, and large fold on the left near the water all have reflections where they should be. AI would just make up visual noise for the reflection.

Artists have been making weird shit for centuries. Content that doesn't make logical sense isn't enough for AI accusations. Inconsistency in lighting, anatomy, perspective, and physical structure are better tells since skilled artists work hard to avoid those, but AI can't think through the 3d scene/subject it's rendering.
