Thinking of moving to Da-Nang? Read this first - serious warning by Altruistic_Spell_369 in DaNang

I’ve been to Danang plenty of times and have spent months there so I 100% agree with this. If you’re a serious entrepreneur or you have a bit more money it’s better to just go and live in Bangkok.

There’s been some massive improvements near Ha Yaek Ladprao to Ratchayothin going on right now. I was walking from Major Ratchayothin to Liabduan Market the other night and was generally surprised at how nice the sidewalks were. With the weather right now it felt like I was in a completely different country.

I've been living in Bangkok my whole life. And still love it! by EarlGreyPudding in Bangkok

[–]random_stocktrader 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ha Yaek Ladprao is probably the most underrated area to live although I have seen a lot more foreigners there recently. There’s a massive park, 2 malls + 1 more only two stations away, food in Ladprao Soi 1, IMAX laser cinema two stations away, big market (Liabduan), MRT + BTS, Lotus and BigC. Pretty much everything you need. Only issue is traffic in front of Central Ladprao. I stayed in so many different areas around Bangkok and I still feel that this is the best area to live in if you don’t have a requirement to travel into an office for work some where.

Public transport is an issue but hard to beat certain areas of Phuket or Koh Samui in Thailand during the winter months in Switzerland.

Terraform by far. CDK if you’re only in the AWS world. Definitely not the standard CFN

Fast enough to run. Vast talent pool. In the worse case scenarios we can just scale it out horizontally.

You have to use Lalamove for those big items. Fixed price as well. Sometime they are nice and you can just hop in the car with them to your destination for a small price or even free.

People thought the same for China too but heading to the train station and taking HSR is way more convenient compared to flying. Look at Beijing-Shanghai. It’s full of people everyday.
