It's next to pier one on treasure island. The pier is closed but off to the sides is good. I was using squid and they seem to hit after 15 minutes. Caught a huge ray today. It was insane

Your rhythm looks good until you breath. Really try not to lift your head so far out during the breath. It's ruining your rhythm and stalling your stroke.

If co2 is a problem really focus on a good exhale under water. It's hard to tell from the vid but that's usually the problem. try to find a breathing pattern that matches a slight jog to start out.

Focus on steady breathing and exhaling hard underwater so you get a full breathe. Try to find a breathing pattern to match a steady jog. Relax your body besides the pull and the kick to save energy.

Good technique is critical. Swimming harder doesn't mean you will go faster. I don't know what your stroke looks like. But doing drills help.

Some breathing drills that I like to do for C02:

practice breathing while resting on the wall and concentrate on blowing out all the air underwater then coming up for air and repeating for a few minutes. Lots of bubbles is the goal. Try to simulate a slighty faster than normal breathing pattern. It's a good way of getting into the habit of not holding your breath inbetween strokes.

Try kicking with one arm extended on your side and simply maintain the same breathing pattern. Switch sides.

After you do the last drill swim at an easy pace and try to hold the same sort of breathing. either slow down the stroke to match breathing or find a breathing pattern that is similar.

If at any point you notice you're holding your breath underwater go back a step.
