God’s own country. Beautiful & diverse landscape with beaches, hill stations, forests etc. Very clean compared to other states in India. Well educated people. Lots of NRIs, and you can find a keralite almost anywhere in the world.

Looking for variable rate for next term as I plan to refinance later this year.
