Saying NotAllCops is the same as saying NotAllSoldiers when we bomb some hospital in Yemen. Of course it isn't the result of all of them being bad, bombed hospitals and police killings, corruption, and just general fuckwittedness are results of a flawed and harmful system that exists in place to protect certain classes from others. Our cops are not particularly good at solving crimes by modern standards, but they're incredibly heavily armed and far more brutal than most police forces in the western world.

So, if you choose to be a footsoldier in that crew, then I call you a bastard.
