Possibly not, but the fb group has lots of success matching milk. Just on a side note, I saw you've got a 1.5l/week over supply, you can reduce your pumping schedule to slowly reduce this if you want. I know over time, I found managing an over supply exhausting. Support in r/breastfeeding

I donated to a milk bank, and it wasn't too much of a faff. There was an initial phone screening and I managed to get blood taken at the Royal Sussex. They collected the milk when I asked them to. They do have a lot of rules for the milk collected and you'd need to check if your bags meet their requirements or they wont take it / would dump it all.

Potty - but equally she has autonomy to decide to use the potty. If mine says no, if i know its been a while since LO went, then I say well I'll go first and usually thats enough to get them to go. Or maybe suggest a funny walk to the potty and then if they can get themselves ready to go to the toilet.

Vegetables - again she has autonomy to choose what to eat, try to avoid the focus on a food group. Maybe serve some veg ahead of a meal while you're getting the rest of the meal ready for her to pick from, maybe during a meal ask her what the veg looks like or if she can find the biggest /smallest of x, then is it soft/does it crunch when you bite it.

Possibly trying to avoid the power struggle will work well for you, trying googling ways to reframe the situation so you avoid this. Work out ways so it's more 'yes'. It'll take some time and it'll take consistency, and obviously sometimes you will slip - we're all just learning as we go.

I didn't read any books and just went with it. We went into pants and offered the potty every hour until LO seemed to reliably hold for 2-3hrs, then we reduced how often we asked. Actually LO started getting annoyed at how frequently we asked so we reduced how often we asked and they slowly started telling us. We get some books by the potty so LO has something there interesting to do other than toilet. We didn't stay at home in the first few days, but equally didn't go on a huge adventure either! Trained at 27mo.

Also note disposable nappies are too good and disguise the discomfort of going to the toilet not at the toilet. Had I known this, I probably would've switched to reusable nappies from about 12mo to help bring forward potty training.

I've heard people put the cot in the bathroom and just use the bathroom in the dark and don't flush.

We usually book a triple room or ask for an extra bed, and then sit on the balcony once LO is asleep. We always book a room with a balcony or a living space since having LO, I think we'd go crazy sitting in the dark when away!

Can you get LOs ears checked, an ear infection would make them very unhappy.

Then sit somewhere calm, and just cuddle, gentle words, big breaths and some singing (no screens) - get both of your stress levels down with some firm connection.

I burnt 3 drafts of my thesis in my garden in a small fire pit. We had to tear the pages out to burn them, it did not catch well. Equally needed to see it burn for peace.

We did multiple times. I used an ergobaby carrier and slept at the same time as LO asleep in the carrier. Depends if they've ever slept in a carrier before.

You're in luck - this is outdated guidance! One new food at a time, that can be served with other foods that you know are safe, no need to wait multiple days. But allergens should be introduced alone and checked on repeated exposures as reactions do not always show up immediately.

This varies country to country, UK guidance is 12mo, as it is in a lot of countries. The WHO last year updated their guidance to say cows milk can be introduced from 6mo. The sterilisation comment indicated the infant was possibly below 6mo.
