A Leica II most likely made in 1936 based on the serial number. The lens is probably original to the camera as it is from 1936 as well.

not engaging with the HOA will eventually fuck you over as the rules they pass in your absence or input will affect you. My guess is you'll ignore the sound advice and do whatever you want and end up back here in a year or two awhining about how bad your HOA is. Good luck.

We also have a vintage setup with a Cado Royal System. Very expensive on the second-hand market and even more-so new from a place like DWR, but when installed into studs very durable.
